The Launch

We have done it! - Today marks the launch of Millgate Group Ltd - the UK based holding company specialising in the fit out of sports facilities.

Originally conceived pre-COVID, Millgate Group Ltd was put on ice for the past five years to allow businesses to navigate the post-COVID and Ukraine perturbations in the world economy.

With the recent taxation changes in the UK from the current government affecting the retirement and tax planning of many business owners, now is the perfect time to realise our dreams for Millgate Group Ltd.

Our initial investments - Continental Sports Ltd and Universal Services (Sports Equipment) Ltd will form the basis for a group of private companies specialising in the provision of fit-out products and services in the sports facility fit-out sector. Key markets for these companies include:

• sports halls in schools, universities and leisure centres,

• fitness suites in businesses, schools, and gyms

• dance and activity studios

• rebound therapy rooms

• trampoline centres for trampoline gymnastics through to trampoline and activity parks

• gymnastics training centres for elite athletes and high street gyms for junior gym

The ethos across all our trading companies will be the same - we provide the optimal solution to our clients’ needs. We don’t gold plate the solution (unless the client asks for gold plating!) but we understand our clients’ requirements and provide the best advice prior to selling a product or service. Our technical expertise, our practical experience, and our desire to help drives everything we do. And the sale at the end is simply the physical embodiment of all that work.
